Return & Refund Policy

At PawSip Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • ✅ Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • ✅ In the original packaging
  • ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • ✅ Return requested within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@probshop.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for buyer's reasons (changed mind, didn't like the design, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@probshop.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging (if also damaged)

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees you paid.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 12 hours of placement and before the order has shipped. To cancel, email support@probshop.shop immediately with your order number.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@probshop.shop
