Return & Refund Policy
At PawSip Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- ✅ Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- ✅ In the original packaging
- ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- ✅ Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
How to Start a Return
- Email support@probshop.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Please do not send returns without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for buyer's reasons (changed mind, didn't like the design, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@probshop.shop with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging (if also damaged)
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees you paid.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 12 hours of placement and before the order has shipped. To cancel, email support@probshop.shop immediately with your order number.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@probshop.shop
