Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at PawSip Co. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free shipping applies to all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Total delivery time = Order processing (1–3 business days) + Shipping transit (7–15 business days).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. You can track your package directly from that link, or by logging into your account on probshop.shop.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@probshop.shop.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PawSip Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@probshop.shop and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package has not arrived, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors)
  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early
  3. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, email us at support@probshop.shop within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help investigate

For packages significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window (over 25 business days from order date with no movement), please contact us and we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All listed prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax. Applicable U.S. state sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
